Defining the Project: In my team we designed a 'look' with three components. Each member of my team chose one aspect of 'sustainable' design to explore in their piece: zero waste design, upcycling, or deadstock. I chose upcycling and thrifed two different long-sleeve shirts from the thrift store to create this top.
Overall, I enjoyed this project. I was able to experiment with the sewing machine allowing me to become more comfortable with my sewing abilities.
